The "Case" of the "Crash" and its "Disappearance"

This document was found in Camberwell Green, a zone in south east London, where workers were reapering the sewage systems. There are some speculations arround this document.Researchers who have been following this case, said this document was sent by mail from Portugal, so in this way, it could have been lost in the time and space.
The document was published on the 25 of January 2009, the date when the process was terminated.
Although the text written in this document is only related to the phase 3 and 4, its have extremelly importance in the context of the "Case", the "Crash and its "Disapearance". However the sheet is seriously demaged, making difficult to read it proparly. Adicted to this, the piece of paper is too fragile to have a restauration.
As we can see, the A4 sheet was folded four times to make an A8 pocket book. Researchers think that this would make the document more discrete.
Last but not least the document doesn't have the original colours, those would be in a grey scale.
In the botton of this painel (image 1) there is the replica of the publication stamp of the "Case" of the "Crash" and its "Disapearance".

that's it ... my installation that was supposed to be in one of the 11 Assoalhadas is somewhere between London and Lisbon, delivered to the mail, there is nothing I can do about it.
Has soon has possible I'll be announcing it presence in the exhibition, which is taking place in Espaço avenida.(the address is on the poster below)

He is more dead than never

A Queda é uma peça provocadora, pelo seu tamanho,pela sua atmosfera,pelo seu assunto.
Um avião, que parece de brincar, pouco tempo depois de ter levantado voo, despenhou-se nas
traseiras de uma instituição escolar, uma peça um pouco irónica e talvez metafórica.As perguntas que se colocam serão então: qual a causa do acidente? Tera vítimas? Perguntas
óbvias e impulsivas, perante este tipo de acontecimento. O que leva o espectador, a procurar respostas no local, passando assim a ser obrigatoriamente um voyeur não só pela contemplação da peça mas também pela procura de algo, pela tentativa de ver o que existe ou existiu ali, pela
interrogação; levando-o a reflectir, a tirar algumas conclusões e a ficar com algumas dúvidas.O seu aspecto de brinquedo suaviza o acidente, tornando-se assim um cenário utópico. À partida, houve um momento dramático, o despenhar.No entanto o avião não sofreu grandes danificações.Não há vestígios trágicos,não há sangue, não há destroços, apenas há um indício de acidente, causado pela sua posição vertical em relação ao chão.As fitas de interdição ao local estão rompidas, apenas cobrem uma parte do espaço, faz pensar que o acidente terá acontecido há algum tempo, transmitindo um aparato inicial que acabou por cair no abandono.
Existem também memórias, as malas, a santa, a sebenta, a fogueira. Estes objectos fazem sentir que houve uma presença humana, transportando assim o espaço para um momento da vida real, criando uma ponte entre o imaginário e a realidade.
Uma viagem entre os dois extremos dessa ponte é o que esta instalação nos propõe.

Avião fase terminal

A "PRAGA" invadiu Évora!
Já foi a algum tempo (31 de Abril, 1 e 2 de Maio), foi a segunda PRAGA, a primeira foi em Braga em 2006, em ambas elas fiz parte da organização.

AS duas resultaram muito bem, pois as cidades referidas, são cidades com algum nome mas pouco desenvolvidas artisticamente, contudo teve participações de pessoas residentes nelas.
Foi uma semana em Evora e chegamos à conclusão que quanto mais tempo tivermos na cidade mais ela nos pode dar e mais impacto a PRAGA pode ter, não se ficando só pelo edifício mas podendo também sair mais à rua.
Praga consistiu na ocupação de um edifício recheando-o de tudo o que a "arte" abrange, tentando que não ficasse nenhum espaço em branco, tendo concertos, performances, escultura, pintura, desenho, mostra de curtas, mostra de fanzines, a elaboração de um fanzine de 24 horas a bombar assim como um quadro que foi rifado e me saiu a mim hehehe.
Para variar os apoios foram mesmo muito poucos mas conseguiu-se dar a volta.
